Independent filmmaker with a degree in audiovisual arts from the University of Guadalajara with his short film Historias de la Age que no Termina, a mockumentary about the fire of a high school during the sixties. Producer of three short films from the Department of Image and Sound (DIS): El Estanque (2019) Dir. Raúl Casto, Noche de Viaje (2023) Dir. Arleth Gutiérrez, TESIS: Elevación (2023) Dir. Gabriel Esdras. He served as a scholarship recipient for anthropologist Renée de la Torre for her research on altars of the dead and urban art. SEMBLANZAS is currently coordinator of the film market at the Guadalajara International Film Festival and is pursuing a master's degree in film studies at the University of Guadalajara, where he also teaches the specialized area track at Tonalá Preparatory, one of the regional high schools of the university. In 2023, with the support of FOCUS THE BODY, he directed his first video dance in collaboration with Renata Pérez, and also obtained support for the production of his debut film A Season in Hell.
